Bid Day!!!

I wanted to start and say that I have never really known what a Sorority consisted of till this day...Bid Day. A old classmate from high school had reached out to be their photographer for their bid day Alpha Xi Delta. When I took up the offer I honestly had no Idea what I was getting myself into. Well I did... but I have never actually experienced a bid day and let me say that the energy is HIGH LEVEL.

I have never seen so many girls in one location all dressed in the same colors in my life (that is except for the private school I went to for a year where we all had to dress in uniforms). This event was about three hours long and I had over 1,600 photos by the end of it. It was also my first event shoot and I am so proud with the outcome of it all.

It was 94 degrees that day and we were outside in the hot heat waiting for the new sisters to run down a hill and meet their sorority sister. I can't lie, it was one of the cutest things I have ever seen. I don't really have much to say other than every single girl in Georgia tech's Alpha Xi Delta Sorority was so polite and nice. I am so thankful for everyone asking my name, introducing themselves and politely asking for pictures when they wanted one with their friends.
